What is fixed wireless internet?

Fixed wireless delivers internet over radio signals rather than cables or satellite. We install small transmission towers on elevated points in the community, then connect your home with a compact outdoor antenna. The signal travels point-to-point through the air — no digging, no waiting for infrastructure work — and you get standard Wi-Fi inside your home just like any cable or fiber connection. Latency is typically under 30ms, far better than satellite.

Are there data caps on any plan?

No. Every Yeti Internet plan — from Yeti Standard to Yeti Pro — includes unlimited data. We do not throttle based on usage, we do not deprioritize heavy users, and we do not charge overage fees. Work from home, stream 4K on multiple TVs, run security cameras, run a small business — use the internet you pay for without watching a counter.

How do I sign up?

Start by checking your address at our coverage page. If you're in our service area, you'll be able to schedule an installation appointment directly. Installation typically takes 1–2 hours. We'll mount the outdoor antenna, run a cable inside, and configure your router. Most customers are online the same day as installation.

What equipment do I need?

Yeti Internet provides the outdoor antenna and the connection to your home as part of the service. You'll need a router to distribute Wi-Fi inside — we can provide one or you can use your own. We recommend a dual-band or tri-band Wi-Fi 6 router for both plans. Our team can advise on specific router recommendations during the installation consultation.

What if I'm outside the coverage area?

If your address is outside our current coverage footprint, you can join our waitlist. We use waitlist demand to prioritize where we build infrastructure next. Mountain communities at the edge of our current range are often next in line for expansion. We'll notify you directly when coverage becomes available at your address.
