Yeti Internet provides fixed broadband internet access service to eligible service addresses. Service availability is determined at our sole discretion based on technical feasibility at your location. We reserve the right to decline service to any address where installation is not technically feasible.
We offer the following residential service tiers (prices subject to change with 30 days notice):
Advertised speeds represent the maximum provisioned speeds under optimal conditions. Actual speeds may vary due to factors including but not limited to: network congestion, distance from access point, customer equipment, and atmospheric conditions. See our Broadband Facts Labels at /legal/broadband-facts for complete plan disclosures.
All service plans include unlimited data usage. We do not impose monthly data caps or overage charges on residential service plans.
Service is provided to a single service address. You may not relocate equipment to a different address without our written consent. If you move within our service area, contact us to request a service transfer; we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the transfer but cannot guarantee availability at the new address.
Professional installation by a Yeti Internet technician is required for all new service activations. Installation fees, if any, will be disclosed prior to scheduling. You must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from landlords or property owners prior to installation.
Equipment provided by Yeti Internet (including antennas, radios, mounting hardware, and associated cabling installed externally to your premises) remains our property at all times. You may not tamper with, relocate, or remove this equipment. You are responsible for damage to our equipment caused by your negligence or intentional acts. Normal wear and equipment failure will be repaired or replaced by us at no charge.
You are responsible for providing and maintaining any customer-premises equipment (CPE) such as routers, switches, and network wiring inside your home or business. We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-owned equipment. We may offer optional equipment rental or purchase; terms will be disclosed separately.
Service is billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on the date your service is activated or the date we designate as your billing anniversary date. Bills are issued electronically to the email address on your account.
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, and check. Autopay enrollment is encouraged and may be required for certain promotional rates. By enrolling in autopay, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each billing date.
Accounts not paid within 15 days of invoice date may be assessed a late fee of up to $10.00. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be suspended without further notice. Reconnection following suspension for non-payment may incur a reconnection fee.
We will provide at least 30 days written notice before increasing your monthly service rate. Notice will be delivered by email to the address on your account. Continued use of service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
Prices listed do not include applicable state and local taxes, Universal Service Fund (USF) contributions, or other government-mandated fees. These charges will appear as separate line items on your invoice.
If you believe a charge on your invoice is incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 60 days of the invoice date. We will investigate all good-faith disputes promptly. Failure to dispute a charge within this period constitutes acceptance of the charge.
Your use of Yeti Internet service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /legal/acceptable-use. In summary, you agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interferes with the network or other customers' use of service.
Yeti Internet employs reasonable network management practices to maintain the quality and security of service for all customers. We do not block lawful content or applications, and we do not throttle service based on content type or source. We may take action to address network congestion, security threats, or violations of our AUP. Full network management disclosures are included in our Broadband Facts Labels.
We may suspend your service, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Suspension for non-payment or AUP violations does not relieve you of payment obligations for the suspended period. We will provide reasonable notice before suspension except where immediate action is necessary to protect the network or comply with law.
You may cancel service at any time by contacting us by phone at 855-GET-YETI or by email at hello@yetiinternet.com with at least 10 days advance notice. Service will continue through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge early termination fees for month-to-month service.
We may terminate your service account with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately upon a material violation of these Terms or the AUP. Upon termination for cause, you remain liable for all unpaid balances.
Upon cancellation or termination, you must provide us with reasonable access to retrieve any equipment we installed on your premises. We will contact you to schedule retrieval. Failure to allow equipment retrieval within 30 days of termination may result in charges for unreturned equipment at the replacement cost of each item.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
Our service level commitments and credit procedures are described in our Service Level Agreement, available at /legal/sla. Credits issued pursuant to the SLA constitute your sole remedy for service unavailability.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YETI INTERNET LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yeti Internet LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms or the AUP; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any infringement of third-party rights by you or anyone using the service through your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Kern County, California, for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@yetiinternet.com and provide a written description of your dispute and the relief you seek. We will use good faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Kern County, California, or by telephone or video conference at your election. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Yeti Internet agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction for disputes that qualify under that court's jurisdictional limits.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of material changes by email and by posting the revised Terms on our website. If you continue to use the service after the effective date of the revised Terms, you accept the changes. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your service before the effective date without penalty.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any service order or installation agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yeti Internet regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
